Mohsen Rabia founded Your Zone in Cairo in 1991 as a furniture manufacturing house: furniture, kitchens, doors, windows, wooden floors and cladding, all made by hand. Through the nineties the work travelled, to the Cairo International Fair from 1993 to 1996, to exhibitions in Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and on to clients in Oman, Germany and France.
In 2011 he sealed three decades of practice with an American Interior Decorator diploma from Penn Foster and professional membership of Certified Interior Decorators International. Today the workshop specialises in hotel, residential, office and administrative furniture, and Mohsen still looks over every piece before it leaves.

1991
Your Zone is founded in Cairo by Mohsen Rabia, a furniture manufacturing house for furniture, doors, windows, wooden floors and cladding.
1993
First stand at the Cairo International Fair. Your Zone returns every year through 1996.
1995
The work crosses borders: exhibitions in Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, exports to Oman, Germany and France, and features in Selection, Image and Gallery magazines.
2011
Penn Foster Interior Decorator diploma with a 97 lesson average, and professional membership of Certified Interior Decorators International.
2026
Specialised today in hotel, residential, office and administrative furniture, designed and built in the New Cairo workshop.
